Subscription cancellation is done through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Go to the subscription settings in the respective store and cancel your Vocab5000 subscription. Vocab5000 does not have direct control over this process.
To request account deletion, use the form above or send an email directly. After receiving your request, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Click the "Forgot Password" link in the app to receive a reset link at your registered email address. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Vocab5000 currently supports Turkish, English, German, and Spanish interface languages. You can switch to your preferred language in the app settings.
The free version includes A1 level words, Word Cards, Word Hunt, and Sentence Builder modes. With a premium subscription, all CEFR levels (A1–C2) and advanced modes like Speed Test, Image Match, and Memory Game are unlocked.
Vocab5000 is an independent software product. It has no affiliation with any institution, university, or official certification body.
